Skill character :
- Exit Isle : chance to get out from isle
- Bonus Game Win : chance to win bonus game
- Lower Cost : discount on tax, sell, isle, world travel etc.
- Golden Chance Card : higher chance to get golden chance card
- Cheap Build : discount on construction free
- Dice Control :chance to control the dice amount
- Acquire DC : discount on acquiring opponent's city
- Discount on Toll (only S class skill) : discount toll
